i found this box near the fuse box @ the trunk! pls tell me this is for backup camera! thx!

I believe this is to do with the GPS navigation system. I punched the details on the box into Google and this is what came up.

That is the control unit for the fuel pump.

Any control unit or component branded "AMG" is usually purpose built or programmed for AMG cars.
