I am running 19x8.5 ET +45 front and 19x10 ET +52 rear with a 5mm spacer (ET +40) on the front. I went down a size in tires and have Michelin PSS 235/35/19 front and 265/30/19 rear. The right front snicks a bit now and then . The right rear may snick once in a while as well but no marks left on the tire sidewall where as the front you can see a light mark. I only have myself and a maybe a passenger most times.
I think you should be fine but watch your alignment settings. I measured my caster at ~ +13* and think that pushes the front suspension forward and out at the bottom joint. If you keep your caster ~ +10.5* you will have more room and might even fit a 245/25/19 on the front. I ran a 275/30/19 on the rear and did not seem to rub much more than I do now on the right rear. The left side on my car seems to have more clearance for some reason.
You may have to adjust the ride height on your coil-overs as well. I am running H&R springs with stock pads in the rear.

Such nice black volks look great on the silver, I hadn't really considered volk to replace my oem but damn those are nice and quite affordable for forged wheels
After many hours studying this thread, I decided to give my C63 a bit of a makeover with HRE FF01 wheels and H&R springs, a little de-chrome , splitter and diffuser and mirrors.
thinking of making a come back. Looking at 2013-14 coupes. it's not like buying the same car again i mean this one would be a 2-door and has the new interior.
found a nice palladium coupe with p31, limited slip, cf interior and just about every option possible. might go look at it Saturday. have been shopping vorsteiner wheels already.
