MS109...Ohhh YES!!!

Picked up 10 gallons of MS109 yesterday.

I had about 3 gallons of MS109 mixed in with CA91 octane A couple of days ago and my tank was about 1/4 full today So this afternoon I put in 5 gallons of MS109 and went for a spin...This stuff really makes a difference. I mean right off the bat the car felt very responsive and kept pulling hard, Probably due to the fact that I had MS109 in there before I filled it up today. After doing some driving I went to the gas station to fill the rest up with CA91. I will definitely be picking up more of MS109.
I wonder if OE Tuning could make a separate file for running full race gas. That would be awesome!!
Overall I am very pleased, I would recommend you guys at least try it once. Try to empty your tank to about 1/4 tank and pop in the MS109 (5 gallons).

BTW MS109 is the equivalent to 105 octane.

What are you using to pump it from the cans or are you just pouring it ? I used to run C12 in my old Shelby (427 side oiler) and kept the gas in 15 gal canisters and it was a task lifting and pouring a full 15 gal canister without getting it on the paint....
I'm sure Jeremy could change your tune for higher octane but do you really wanna have to mix fuel every time you fill up?? Sounds like a PITA for a daily driver...And btw I hit that 76 in brentwood today and threw in 5 gal of 100 octane. It does make quite a difference. These high compression motors love high octane fuel.

I was using a fairly long funnel, it stays securely in place. The 5 gallon was pretty easy to fill up just took a while to dump all the gas in there. lol

Running straight leaded fuel in that monster 427, now that's what im talking about haha!! Your Shelby sounds like its a BEAST.

It would be cool If we could switch over files with the current OE Tune to a 100+ octane once in a while when using race gas. But your right, it would be a hassle mixing fuel back and forth.

Yes sir!! These M156's love that high octane gas.

109

I can't remember where I bought it but I have a clear rubber hose thats about 7ft long with a gizmo in one end that has a "gizmo" inside that when submerged into a container....you can shake the hose while in the can and siphon fuel into your tank. Just stick the other end into your cars tank...just like you would a gas nozzle.

Now the gas can needs to be as high as your fuel door for it to work ..also, instead of holding it by hand I put a qulit or furniture pad on my trunk and sit the ms109 on top of that. It works....you don't spill any and can keep the hose in your trunk.

The hose is clear so you can watch the progress of the fuel as it fills the hose. Once it starts to flow, you can stop shaking the end in the can . If the hose is kept near the bottom.... it sucks up all the fuel.

Check Pep Boys or Advance Auto.

The hose you're referring to is called a Super Syphon. It has a built in check valve that primes the syphon. I've used it many times offroading while transferring fuel from jerry cans.

I'm pretty certain OE Tuning can run you a full MS109 race map for you. I'm plannin on doing the same soon also.

I would want an option to switch from 91 to ms109 with an OBDII port plug in or something.

Yup, the OBDII port is left uncovered. Its right next to the red lever that opens the hood.
If OE tuning has that Device it would be great. Any idea how much it would cost?

Just email/call him and I'm sure he'll answer all your questions. I think hearing it from the person/company you'll be gettin it from is the best solution.

OE Tuning C63 AMG
Sorry for the late reply Carlo. PM sent.
E-Z flash works well with ME9.7 Bosch ecu in 63AMG platform, and has the ability to switch between 2 different map settings at your convenience. Logging also available for 63s with E-Z Flash.
