Another Akrapovic Install

Hi all. Just installed the exhaust. Love it! Was grinning from ear to ear on the way home. It's gonna be a roaring start to the new year!

Thanks! I believe it's called the Evo system. It connects to the pipes leading to the primary cats, i.e. replaces secondary cats, resonator & rear mufflers. 19kg weight saving. Most importantly it sounds awesome!

Looks amazing.
Is it much louder than the factory system? Any droning in cabin when cruising on highway?

I love this exhaust. after doing a full exhaust on my M5 I vowed never to spend that much on an exhaust system ever again but his has me rethinking that decision.

When I put an exhaust on my M5 it was the only mod I regretted, I felt the car lost it's refinement.
I love the look of this Akrapovic system though and am also rethinking. Would there be much difference in sound by just doing the rear mufflers?

I loved my M5 exhaust the combo of Rouge Engineering mufflers and non resonated x-pipe were amazing.

I'm in the same boat as you Paul just looking for just section 3 of this system. I really don't want to spend that kind of money on exhaust again but the look and sound is just killer. Maybe come spring I'll talk myself into it. Currently my car is covered with 3-4" of salt and road grime from the blizzard we just got.
