Comfort Setting: Inoperable?

Comfort Setting: Inoperable?
I was trying to adjust my steering wheel & when i pressed down on the lever, nothing happened. I also pressed the seat memory button & again nothing. So i went to the settings menu & in the comfort settings it says Inoperable. Anyone ever had this error msg?
