Do i need wider tyres after the Kleeman K2?
Hi, i have bought a C63 with the K2 upgrade donw already.
Only issue is that i have is the lack of traction on our damp british roads.
Therfore i assume that i need to fit wider rear tyres, is it possible to buy AMG wheels with a wider stance, and how wide should i go?

How wide 19"? I am assuming 9.5" - 10.0" which should be mounted on 275/30/19. Some have reported 285 with success, but, that depends on wheel width, tire and offset.

This is what I'm not sure about, I'm currently runnin OEM 19" and am not sure of the width, but am wondering how wide I can go, and if AMG make a wider wheel, otherwise I will go aftermarket, but need to know what works.

Yes, wider tires do help with traction but you also gotta look at the compound of the tire. I would recommend NITTO NT05's or 555R's for best traction.

I'm running 275s on the optional 19' Merc rims. No rubbing issues and notable improvement on traction. Having said that the optimal width for the K2 package is probably 295 or even 305s :-)

this questions already been answered above...
10.5 i dont know, I've seen 10 in the back but obviously your constricting yourself with tires and suspension
What about fitting 19" aftermarket wheels with 10.5 width?
