Vbox 60-130 OE Tune C63 w/ Gintani Headers + Full Exhaust vs Stock C63 w/ P31
My Stock C63 w/ P31, 91 oct
OE Tune / Gintani Headers and full exhaust, 91 oct

Honestly you have my number up there and that's great but I wasn't doing 60-130 that was one of my 1/4 mile runs so don't take it as law..

Cool comparisons.
The one comparison that I don't understand is your stock P31, which is basically like a tune-only C63, to a C63 wich headers and tune.
Your stock P31 on 91 octane ran 9.87 and the C63 with headers and tune ran a 10.48.
I know there are numerous other factors that aren't listed like weather, octane of the other C63, road conditions, etc. but, what do you think explains that outcome?
Also, just thought of this, mthis's time with LT's and tune is 8.89. So, what's up with the C63 with headers and tune that runs 10.48?

Maybe I'm missing something, but I don't see the actual times you and Jeremy recorded for your cars. What were they?

Edit: Your stock P31 was way quicker than a stock E63 and the E63 has a touch more power than a stock P31, which apparently has something like an S63 tune in it. Does the weight difference between an E63 and a C63 mean that much of a difference in 60-130 times?
btw, is your car not for sale anymore? I was saving up my shekels. jk Great car, btw

Where are you getting your comparo numbers from?
I find hard to believe that we would be 1 second faster than an F50/997TT and 2.5 seconds faster than a GTR/GT500.
Something does not look right.

Also not sure about the p31 vs e63...i mean the e prob weighs 200 to 300 lbs more...and doesnt have the same interals as the p31. I hear the p31 is under rated and I saw 2 dynos of them on dj's and they.were 417 and 430 uncorrected

C63 AMG
Surprising it may seem, but the M156 is a monster in the top end, especially when tuned.

8.58 is a very solid time!!
9.87 is also very quick for a stock C63.
Were these runs done on a leveled road or was there a slight incline or decline?
My buddy recently did A 60-130 in his 997 TT, with meth injection, Catless exhaust and Protomotive tune, (stock turbos) he got a 6.7.
His EVOMS 800hp 996TT is at 5.7 seconds. That car is BRUTAL!!!

I know mthis is gonna go runs some vbox runs soon, when it warms up he said. So can get some friendly competition going. And Dodger said his vbox runs werent dedicated vbox runs but were just recorded thru the 1/4 mile run i believe, so I think for a vbox run he would just start in 3rd skipping the 2 to 3 shift so maybe he can get a quicker time as well
