I was wondering if the C63 has live traffic and if so, is it through XM/Sirius?

Is the screen a nice and wide high resolution screen that has 3D rendering?

I know the BMW does but was wondering if MB also did.

Yes it has live traffic. Its indicated at green, yellow and red if I remember correctly. Green is good, yellow means there is a little congestion and red means your F*****. Its accuracy is not that great. sometimes it will show that its red and everyone is going 90 mph. but its kind of a cool option. and yes it data is through XM radio.

and the resolution is the best of any car Ive had. No 3d though.

I have live traffic in my 2010, but I don't have Sirius. The subscription has ended but live traffic hasn't!

Cool. I have 2 weeks left on my subscription but im not renewing it cause i never use it. hope mine keeps working though i never use live traffic anyway so it wont be a big deal.

Live traffic is thru sirius/xm radio. Do do need to subscribe to the full service, as you can get traffic separately. It's like $4 a month, just for traffic. I didn't renew it either, as i barely used it, when it was free.

Do the live traffic reroute your trip to aviod the traffic?

No, it does not. You must perform that task yourself. It would be nice if it did that automatically, for you. But sadly it doesn't. Mercedes gets a for that one.
