Mercedes C63 amg, Bmw X5,
Tire size
I am wondering whether I should go with 245/40/18 fronts and 275/30/18 in the back or 245/40/18 fronts and 265/35/18 in the back.
What do you think is better 275/30/18 or 265/35/18 in the back? Also 275/35/18 look to tall so thats why I would rather go with 275/30/18, but are there any negative consequences that would affect handling being 275/30/18 and not 275/35/18? I dont even really know whats the best choice to go with . I m thinking also maybe 245/35/18 and 265/35/18 or 245/35/18/ and 275/35/18
Thanks

If you're talking about the stock rims, I went with CSC3 265/35/18 in the back and thought that they looked just right (in terms of spacing). There is already a significant improvement in traction and I think that it's probably the wiser and safer choice.
Some people have put on 275/40/18s in the rear and have experienced rubbing occasionally with certain brands so you want to be really careful with which tire you go with if you go down that path.

Mercedes C63 amg, Bmw X5,
Sorry I forgot to mention that. Yes they are 18" stock rims. I think I am going to go with 265/35/18 in the back and 245/35/18 or 245/40/18. Also do you guys think Goodyear f1 eagle asymmetric? Either that or Dunlop sport maxx however the guys at the shop told me they would rather go with Goodyear.
