Question Opinions on this grille?

I wrapped the chrome pieces of my grille in CF and the star
gloss black.

I haven't done the top piece yet because I wasn't sure if
I wanted to keep it this way or do the whole grille in gloss
black.

What do you guys think?

Dad's CF trunk is going on next week.

I think it goes well with your CF hood. Looks like you did a nice job!

Hood looks great!

I appreciate all the positive comments.

It was my first time using vinyl so I took my time. The star was a
pain in the a$$.

For those that are interested it was 3M CF Scotchprint 1080 Vinyl.
I bought it from Metrorestyling. Discount code: spring10 for an extra
10% off.

I actually think it looks really good too--especially with the CF hood.
Is the CF vinyl matte or is that just the lighting?

Nice work.

With the CF hood, that looks really good. I'm not a fan of CF wrapping things because of the "it's light weight... wait, no it's not", but here you actually have a purpose to it, because it is matching your CF hood (which actually is lighter).

Overall, I think it looks good. How much time did that take you to do?

I wasn't a big fan either but I think this looks much better than the
chrome.

Thank You.

It's a gloss vinyl but it was overcast in both pictures so it looks
matte. I'll try and take a picture with the sun shining on it.

Take your time and don't get frustrated. Use a hair dryer for the
bends and your job becomes much easier.

Thanks Mike.

Soon, I'm just waiting for my pulley to come next week and
the trunk and pulley will be installed at the same time.

Yes, Revozport forgot to drill the holes on the first few trunks.

Mine is going to a body shop for installation. I didn't wan't to mess
with drilling.

Flat head screwdriver. Wrapped the head with some tape to prevent
scratching and worked my way around. There is about 8 or 10 clips
to unhook.
