7tronic or MCT better for Supercharger?

Guys, since SC are now starting to come out for the C63, I am just wondering which trans will be better to handle the torque? Or does it really matter since the MCT is just the 7troinc with a wet clutch?

I would assume the MCT. Since they are using them for the 5.5 twin turbo V8 engines, which are rated at above 800 NM. The new MCT is advanced and has a wet clutch. I'm pretty sure in the near future you will hear transmission problems coming from the superchargrs being installed from the 7tronic, but dont be surprised to hear less problems or no problems at all from the MCT. The new 2012 C 63 will carry the MCT. Go figure

So if you have the SL 63 or the E63 or any 2012 models , I say you would be more confident getting the SC, but if you have the earlier models, I think its still risky

By the way does anybody know how much the MCT 7-speed costs?

Oh and by the way. Look at the SLS Brabus 700 Biturbo. The engine is rated at 690 BHP and 850 NM. They kept the transmission the way it is and did not modify anything with it. The SLS has the dual clutch as well. I think all this talk about the 63 transmission not being able to handle large power is a bunch of bull*****. If you ask me, I think it can handle more tourque than the 55 transmissions

The SLS has the DCT, which is manufactured by Getrag. It has nothing to do with the 7Tronic or the MCT, which is simply an uprated 7Tronic with the TQ converter replaced with a wet clutch.
