CL65 10.2 run a "response" to DadsC63 record?
Read this and thought the wording was interesting, but here's hoping Dad will come back with a 10.0!!
Maybe even a 9.9!!!
Fingers crossed for ya buddy.

If not Dads, Jrcart with his 680 whp dyno'd car should be able to do the trick. Unless of course it's not really putting down that much power.

Lets put this in perspective...
Dad's was running all day 10.9 to 11.0 in big Neg DA if my memory serves me correctly. He then switched over to NOS and put down a great time.
Mike ran a 10.7 in + DA. If Dodger (Mike) Sprays he would most likely be a good contender to beat the 10.2.... I don't think he will spray though...
The way I see it, Dodger, Jcart, Dad's and Ahmed are all big contenders to take out that 10.2.

I really think that RENNtech's CL65, as it sits today, can run a 9-second pass at MIR in negative DA.... but it'd be even more amazing if they run 9 seconds in palm beach

Mo:
Look at keiths record before he went to MIR. It was 11.01x I think or something like that and look at his run at MIR with better DA and only 10.92.

I see it the same way. Competitive spirit begets achievement... and that whole listing (plus SGC) are worthy competitors, IMHO. Nice to watch what they're doing from way over here in the peanut gallery.

+1, I've been an SGC fan since he was cutting 1.8's on street tires with his E55.
This is just good healthy competition and we all benefit and enjoy the viewing.
Just hoping Dad's strikes the next blow or some other 63r.
Let's get it onnnn!!

Hey Guys,
Steve (SGC) is a great guy and we have a good competitive friendship. He has worked very hard to put his car where it is and still has room to improve. He deserves the title and has a great car!! He's got the twin turbo and I've got the nitrous.
I agree that Mike (Dodger63) has the ability to outrun all of us with some juice. OR he may choose the S/C, who knows.
JRCart has the best platform to just blow us all out of the water but its got some challenges of its own that need to be worked out and hopefully they will.
There are many that are modding their cars and making them faster. Its all in fun. There are NO trophies or winners circle. We learn from each other and get faster and faster. We are making some slight changes to our set up and will be back out soon. Problem is the good weather is about gone so it may be next season before we can break any records ourselves.
I wish the best of luck to everyone!! Its the lower numbers that keep us all pushing the limits.
