removing cats
Im thinking about removing my secondary cats and replacing them with an x pipe or just straight pipes. is there an advantage to straight pipes or an x pipe? Also, will removing the cats void my warranty?

I wasn't so much worried about warranty issues, but more about passing the emissions testing we have here in Texas. Anyone know if it will still comply?

you wont pass emissions tests with the cats deleted. that being said, you only need to get that test done every 5 years, atleast here in california, so if worst comes to worse u just pay labor charges to get the cats put back in for that emissions test

I would straight pipe it and you could still pass emissions I think a few have passed with just 1 set of high-flow cats or primaries. You won't pass the visual part technically but that's not a huge part of the test to someone if you know the guy
