Help needed!

I bought my font lip bodykit today and took to a local shop for installation. When I was heading home, my bodykit almost fell off Freeway 60. 7 out of 10 drill bits detached and 3 are barely holding on to it. Can anyone refer me a good place to do a quick fix? I am from socal. Thanks.

^^ You are not helping much. What bodykit was it? I attached mine with self tapping screws and also super heavy double side tape. I can send you the pictures of my install but I previously posted my front lip install and no one seems to care.

I am willing to help on PM. Mine is deinately super strong and wouldn't get lose at all.

This is what I got. They drilled 10 holes underneath the front bumpers and no adhesive applied. The bodykit was not in center and there are 2cm gaps all the way around. I had to escape that shop because they had no idea what they were doing. I left my car alone which was the biggest mistake that I made.

I am telling you. Go to any ACE harware store and buy a $2 small box(typically 5 to 10 units) self taping screws (1 to 1.5" long"). They sell these screws with self attached 1" diameter washers so that it gives you plenty of surface pressure. You might be able to buy the metal washers independently. Finally apply 3m heavy duty double side tape.

You will spend about $10 or less in materials and it will never detach, trust me.

^^ I installed mine in 10 minutes. Is up to you but I think you are handy to do it, you don't even need a drill since the self taping screws works with any screw driver.

Heyvon is good, ask for Serg or Jon, but are in Huntington which may be a bit of a drive for you depending on where in LA you are. You can also try DTM Autobody in El Monte, Promax Motorsports in Alhambra, Status Autoworks in Torrence, F1 Motorsports in Hollywood.

This is embarrassing to say that it was done by a tire shop on Valley Blvd in Walnut. My friend said his tire guys does everything for him on his exotic cars. I guess my car was not exotic enough. I was stupid to trust him too.

Tire shop on Valley Blvd in Walnut? Let me guess....TWS? They're ok for doing some DIY stuff, but you should take it to a real shop. You're not too far from El Monte if you're in that area. Take it to DTM Auto Body or M1.

Thanks for everyone's help, I really appreciated. I went to Heyvon motors in Huntington Beach and they reinstalled my front lip. John and Serge are great and I will go back to them for my header installation soon. I will never trust any tire guys to DIY my cars anymore unless it is a tire issue.
