c63 2010 left mirror problem in reverse
does your left mirror on your c63 automatically adjust when you are on reverse?
forgot to mention, reason i am asking is because i remember mine use to automatically adjust until it stopped for some reason.
Please your feedback is extremely important!
i also need feedback to where i can remove the silencers in nyc( brooklyn bensonhurst)
someone also bumped my hood and bumper. To get it fixed at mercedes benz dealer < they quoted me 1600$
and i also need new tires again. Any recommendations? i know its a lot of questions for you guys. Most important is the feedback towards the left mirror.!

is this feature also on 2008 and 2009s? i have a 2009 but mine wont do it but maybe its a different system than my audi i had previously. do u just adjust it down 1 time and leave it selected on the left mirror and it will do it when u reverse?

My 2011 does and I cannot be certain about 2010 MY which belongs to the OP.

At least on my E63 the mirror goes down if your mirror "button" (the right one) is set on the right mirror. If it is set on the left mirror it doesn't work. Try that one.

The right mirror goes down in reverse on the 2010 MY. You just have to keep it on the right mirror adjustment button.

i've got a 2010 and the mirror function works. when you put your car into reverse, the right mirror button should light up... if it doesn't, then push the button.... as long as you don't mess with it again, it should continue to work next time you use reverse.

then take what i said and do it with the left button.
i can't recall but i think it works for either one but not both at the same time.
i chose to have to right mirror move since the driver mirror is close enough to me for me to be able to see traffic and partially the ground when i reverse park... and i would rather have the right mirror adjust to aid me on that side... i can almost move my head up a little or over a little for the driver side mirror... but doing that for the right mirror is pretty difficult or next to impossible depending on how you have your mirrrors set...
here's a helpful tip if you don't know already

this is how my mirrors are set... the correct way... it takes a bit of getting used to if you've never had it this way since you began driving... but after a few weeks or about a month, you'll see the benefits... there's no point if seeing part of your car in the mirror when the majority of the time you're not using the side view mirrors to look at your car... but to look at what you can't see on the side

On a 2010 Canadian C63 the passenger (right) side mirror can be set to show the curb in reverse. No mention of the driver (left) side mirror having this feature.

The LEFT, LEFT mirror does not have that function. There has to be a mode that doesn't lower the mirror, thus only the right one. Would be so annoying if one mirror always went down, no matter what you did :P Left might work on a RHD though.

I found that the only to make the right mirror angle down when it reverse, is to select the right mirror, on the console.

i tested it out and the left won't budge... only the right will...
a suggestion is to save the mirror position you want on the left mirror on one of the memory settings that you may not be using... such as 2 and 3... and leave the right mirror to automatically move when in reverse.

The reverse tilting mirror only works on the right side and only when the right mirror light is selected. If you think you thought your left tilted automatically in reverse, you're imagining it.
