H&R springs or paint the wheels !

I'm going to put on michelin PSS this week and I'm thinking between these two mods.

1-Lower the car with springs and go with lowest spring pads, but I'm afraid about rubbing because I'm going to put 245/35/19 - 275/30/19.Should I get 265/30/19 !

2-Painting the wheels gunmetal or black .. it's really hard decision

Get the H&R's brotha!!
I would go with 265/30/19 to be on the safe side. Michellins run slightly wider when compared to other tire setups so it will look perfect.

As for the wheels I would go for a satin black finish later on down the line.

Both the lowering springs/pads or painting the wheels are a looks things. Not that I'm against cars that look good modified. (BTW the carbon fiber hood on a white car is kicking). The C63 has way under sized tires from the factory and really doesn't have enough room in the wells for proper size rubber. Stickier tires and stiffer suspension is a solution. Personally I'd go with KW coil overs and Michelin Pilot Sport Cup in 235/35/19 fronts and 265/30/19 rears. But keep a set of cheaper spare tires/wheels as these only have 6/32 tread depth from the factory and don't work at all in wet weather. If ultimate performance is not your goal, I'd put the springs and 265 rears on it to get rid of the SUV look.

I suggest you to paint the wheels better Because you will be away from any problem that have for lower springs I think that ( 5lak ba3ed a`6mn llshayalat w alrood a7slk wallah )

And for color try black gloss try to match the hoods color with the wheels it will be awesome I already do like this
and if you will paint it gunmetal try with gloss and more darker ( Btwfeej bro )

We have a few C63 customers who 245/40 and 275/35 18 on the tire wheels lowered with Kw coilovers, H&R springs and none of them complain about rubbing.

Let me know if we can help, we can easily help you with your tires, to the lowering of your C63.
