Hey just wanted to introduce myself I just picked up a brand new 2011 c63 amg black/black and love the car. I traded in my lexus ISF with 18 months left on the lease so it wasn't cheap lol but I certainly do not regret it. I realized that the 2012 were coming out soon but I couldn't wait to change my car so I figured what the hell might as well. Anyways, anything I need to know about my car since This is my first MB and first AMG. I've had BMW's, Audi's (which I hate), Lexus, range rover, Porsche, etc....... I'm still in the break in period so I'm taking it relatively easy.... Lastly, anybody know a solid guy for tints in the West LA area???

Always drive my cars like that 
.... Car has pretty much everything rear view camera, heated front seats, keyless go, amg leather pkg, lighting pkg, multimedia pkg, and some more little goodies. The dealer only had 3 and this was the best equipped

Congratulations. I'm sure you'll have a blast with it. A cold start in a C63 is a great way to begin the day. 
Get it tuned though and pick up another ~50-60hp. Best mod you'll ever do.

When I was shopping for a car, I must admit that I didn't even consider the IS-F, mainly because Lexus has even more of a luxury image than MB (likewise for the CTS-V and Cadillac). Out of curiosity, for those of you who have driven the IS-F, how do you compare it with the C63?

Congrats on the new C63 Unk!! You will love the raw power of this car.
As for the ISF, my brother has one & I have to say that our C sounds better at start up & such... our C is fast at take-off too but the F is fast on the straight.

nice purchase dude! i tried an m3 before getting mine, it just didnt put a smile on my face like the c63 does and thats the most important part

ISF was a solid car very fast, fast in the straights but no handling and a little plasticy.... The noise of the C63 just made me go crazy

The ISF had a lot of power and u def felt it but the C's power is unreal and not to sound snobbish but at the end the day it's Mercedes and that says it all
