stock 1/4 mile times

hey guys... first post here. im new to the car and new to the forum. can i ask why there are only submissions for tuned/ modded cars listed on the track results sticky?

i just picked up a low mileage loaded 09 and i was wondering what the number to beat is?

ive been reading the board for over a week now and figured id join in and ask before i try and break somebodys heart the first time i track this baby. as far as the rest of what ive been reading here this seems like a great board for a great car assuming you stay out of the tuned blown engine threads

p31 should not count as stock! the extra power and suede steering wheel is too much of an advantage!

any memory of what that trap and 60 ft was with that 12.1 run? thats pretty solid right there.

Trap was 115.89 mph and 60Foot was 1.820 Stock car is very hard to get it under 1.8 60 foot.

May I ask how you were launching? Were you power braking and if so, at what RPM? I couldn't run anything faster than a 12.6 at Englishtown (corrected time) with trap speeds around 111...I'm a little disappointed because I expected times in the low 12s.

I'm completely stock btw on PZeros

He was on drag radials. 12.6 is about right on stock tires.

I think a 12.3 would be more like it, practice makes perfect. If you want to run good numbers in this car you need to take numerous runs down the track... Rentals are our only option we need 10 hard runs

The car keeps adapting for that long?

How many levels did those crazy but awesome German engineers create for us?

You following me around tonight.. This car needs time for the shifting to adapt and the fuel and whatever else.. There's allot of little tricks to prep the car before you get to the track. But most if not all can replicate the abuse of blasting 0-120+ multiple times if we are not on the track

Na, it's just similar interests. haha

Regarding adaptation, I've never been able to push my car like at a track. But, one day. I'm sure I'll get to the track when it gets cooler out here.

Idk about you but running through first second and third in this car on the street doesn't happen often at all for me
