Opinions on pricing for fully loaded '10 C63 (P31+ LSD) w/ 4k miles

Hey guys - need some quick feedback.

My buddy is looking at the following car:

- 2010 C63
- 4,500 miles
- Black on black
- P31
- LSD
- Rear camera
- Pretty much totally loaded with I think every option the car has (must based on the MSRP below)
- MSRP on the car was about 81k

He can buy the car for about 58k

I'm very new to C63 ownership and haven't been on the boards long enough to understand pricing on these cars. All advice appreciated.
Thanks

i just got in a silver/black 09 with 18k miles, totally loaded, for 49.9.... i thought i got an ok deal considering the carfax and the b service had just been done.
if the car you described had been sitting next to it i would have gone with that one instead i suppose. i dont think you can look at depreciation on these low miles cars and ever understand it quite frankly. i know i cant.

58k for a 2010 P31 car with a sticker of 81k. That's a very good deal. On top of that, the car only has 4500 miles. It was just broken in.

If your friend doesn't decide to buy it, could you post a link to it?

I'm in the market right now and I'm having trouble finding C63's with those options.

My '09 just hit 4286 miles and just completed Service B based on time and not mileage.
