Fuel transfer issue
About a year ago I noticed that whenever my tank dipped below half, I'd have some serious stuttering if I attempted to floor the car, it got so bad at one point, I had to take the car in and it turned out that there was an issue with the fuel pump transferring fuel between the two tanks.
Well the dealership replaced it under warranty, and now a year later the same issue has come up again. I was wondering if there are anyone else has experienced this and if they have any remedies as it seems like I'll have to be replacing my fuel pump once every year at this rate.

I guess I should clarify the behavior, it seems like fuel starvation the car hestitates and stutters signifcantly. Would changing the fuel filter help?
