2011/12 c63 sedan or new coupe
Hey guys,
Which one would you get? A new 2011/2012 sedan or the new coupe? Also, do you think you'll be able to get a deal on a 2012 or should you expect to pay MSRP?

In regards to pricing have a look at this recent thread:
https://mbworld.org/forums/c63-amg-w...w-c63-amg.html
Some love the coupe, some hate it. It all comes down to what you like.
I ordered the sedan, but after looking at the coupe for a few months I think it looks great too.

2011 BMW M3 coupe
Also, what's the mb-tex fabric/man made leather, the stock interior option, like? Is it all feel basically like leather or is there some like cloth fabric?

You will be glad you got the sedan... the coupe looks great, but IMO the sedan fits the lines better, and 4 doors is always convenient. Ordered the 2012 sedan because I wasnt going to get a deal on a 2011 until this car came out and I was like if Im going to have to wait or pay the same I might as well wait for the upgrade. Looks like the car is built and Ill be getting it at the beginning of september so Ill put up lots of pictures and thoughts right away for you guys so you can compare! that should help you figure out the benefit of a 2012 vs. 2011 based on prices and how much better or worse the 2012 really is.

C63 AMG Coupe, BMW E92 M3 manual
Well fortunately they are both fabulous cars so you can't go wrong with either. I've ordered the coupe though because:
1. You can be guaranteed there are going to be a lot less of them on the road than the sedan ( the sedan has had a head start of several years after all ).
2. For me the sedan still looks a bit too much like a regular C Class. That's fine if you want to do the stealth thing, but on the other hand my observation on this site is that a lot of guys seem to feel the need to spend serious $$ to make their C63 look anything BUT like a C Class .
It's the same problem with the M3 sedan and RS4 sedan. You have to be one of the cogniscenti to pick the differences compared to a tricked up base model - at least until you hear that exhaust!
3. Although I know the coupe probably won't drive any better, I think it looks more like a sports car. But that's a very personal thing, and some don't seem to like the coupe's style at all.....
