I'm looking to simply replace the stock c63 grill with one that's all black - matte or glossy will both do.

Based on researching the forum - a few manufacturers offer CF ones but its more than I want to spend - the only other options seem to be guys using plasti-dip or other wraps to do their own grills.

I live in Dubai and am heading to the states in a week and just want to order something and take it back with me.

Are there any options out there? Theres a company on ebay (China based) which sells both a glossy and matt one but they specifically state it doesn't fit the c63.

The best option would be to have a body shop paint it black for you or buy a spare grille and have them paint that if you want to have one for back up.

There are other options out there also. Revozport sells a full carbon fiber OEM grille, Kicherer sells a carbon fiber starless grille (similar to Brabus), Vath, and Brabus are also other options but they are pricey.

Brabus is not perfect fitment for stock bumper. You would need to get their bumper for perfect fitment.

Brabus has two types of grills. Bullit grill won't fit perfectly because it's based on a regular c class hood. The grill for C63 should fit.

Kicherer's look very similar to Brabus, but I have no idea how to get it.

Come to the States buy 3 cans plasti dip about 75usd or ebay grill for 100 but dunno about fitment on this one.

Use 3M black wrap tape (about $35 on Amazon). There is cheaper wrap tape around but it's but the 3M stuff is really easy to work with. It's not gloss but not completely flat either. Way cheaper than having it painted and easy to remove if you don't like it (or repair from stone chips). Most wrap shops will do it for about $100. But take the grill off so they can get a good wrap on it. You can also wrap your side window trim with it. A roll of tape will fit in your bag for the trip back to Dubai real easy too.

have a look at kicherer on their website and get in touch with them.. they are very helpful.. it costs eur1600+..
its a very good quality product.. i have no regrets at all after installing them..
only need to black out the chrome on the circumference of the grille..

ps - salam ramadhan.. miss the ramadhan tents in dubai!
