Bought a C63 night before last. Love it!
Silver, black Leather, fully optioned. I missed my M5 S2 but this I like even more.
A quick question. The headlight/parking/fog light switch. I've figured out all the functions and the actual switch knob illuminates. Is the surround supposed to illuminate as in the symbology around the outer edge?

i think what he is saying is that the symbols surrounding the Light Knob does not light up.
Such as "Auto, Parking, etc.."

They should, I had a 09 C300, and the indicator icons for the lights lit up. My 10 C63 don't, but in the cluster they do.

Ok think I got the answer I was looking for. Still surprised it doesn't.
Here's a picture of what I have:
So, Only the movable portion of the switch is backlit, but the stationary outer portion does not...
