iPhone contacts transfer to car's phone system?

The manual doesn't seem to show a way to do it other than through "address cards" but I don't see that as an option in the phone. Any way of doing it through a batch method rather than entering everything one at a time manually?

Thanks!

as far as I know it doesn't work. iPhone contacts will not transfer to the car over bluetooth. At least on my 09. The only way is to copy them from outlook in vcard format to an SD card and transfer using the PCMCIA slot in the dash.

I just downloaded the address book to an SDHC mini card inside my driod then used an SDHC mini card adaptor and PCMCIA (pretty cheap on amazon) to load it into the multi media slot. Not sure about the Gu Cheng PCMCIA card. Mine is a Sandisk.

Ok, got that SD card adapter, downloaded vCards to it, didn't work.
Tried doing it this way:

No joy.

Tried selecting songs from iTunes and dragging them to the SD. Put it in the car, it started reading it, but came up with the message of no playable files...

Not sure where to go from here. I tried paring the mac to the car using bluetooth, but couldn't get them to see each other, so I couldn't do it that way.

Wondering if the adapter might be funky or there's something else I'm missing.

Anyone successfully done a contract transfer from Mac to the car, either through SD card or Mac to Merc bluetooth connection?

Loving the car otherwise!

Might be headed to the dealership, use one of their sd cards and adapters, see if that works.
