K.....so which competitor does? The m3, is-f, the s4. None of them do, dumbass. I would take a/c seats over some dumbass automatic trunk. And it's not a luxury sedan. It's a sports sedan, atleast the one for 70k is.

Ok what I dont get, is why are some members on this forum so keen to respond offensively, when someone posts a normal question? I mean why would it be so weird for the car to have an automatic trunk? I am actually convinced that the all new C class will get it in 2014.

Im completely relaxed, you seem to have a bit of a pole up your you know what about it.

You sure you are not American? Talk about lazy. I think the C63 trunk lid is the lightest and easiest lid to shut of any car I have owned. Why would it need an automatic close? I have a VW VR6 that needs about 30 pounds of force to shut the damn lid. Now that lid I would put an auto close on!

The C63 is a sold for its performance not for its luxury. Yes, its not an F1 car and my reason wasnt for the performance aspect, it was that the lid is so patheticly light why could someone possibly want it to close on its own?? Ohhh look I push a button and it shuts...ohhhhhhhhhh.... This isnt a minivan.

It would cost MB next to nothing to install one of these on the C63. Most people who buy these cars couldnt possibly care less about a lid that closes by itself.

Maybe im wrong.. LOL I COULDNT care less and find the idea lazy and wasteful.

Doors that shut themselves. Cars that park themselves. Cars that drive themselves. Push button start because turning a key is just to much work. Electric windows because cranking them down was just to much exercise. Automatic transmissions. Power steering. Now people want a motor to close a trunk lid that weighs 28lb's and takes maybe 5 pounds of force to shut. Why??? Because were all so busy!!!

AND THATS JUST THE THING THAT BRINGS US TO WORK!
