Advice on a new C63 AMG Coupe
Hi everyone,
I`m new to the forum and am very seriously considering buying a new C63 AMG coupe. I am no stranger to performance cars and have owned two E92 M3 coupes.
My one concern is the skinny little tires that Mercedes puts on the C63 coupe. It is probably the only `wrong` thing I see with the car. So, my question is what are the options for after market wheels and tires. I would like to put a 9x19 front and 10x19 rear wheel on the car with maybe a 245 and 275 or 255 and 275 stagger for tires. This is what I am running on my M3. I am having a hard time figuring out my options here (there are literally hundreds of options for the M3 and seeming many less for the C63s).
So, what would people recomment for front and rear wheel sizes, offsets and tire size that would not result in any rubbing. I like wheels with a meshed face (like the M3`s ZCP wheels) and as concave as possible. Also, who are some of the good and knowledgable vendors here that I should contact when I am ready to buy something.
Sorry for the newb questions on this and I hopefully will be one of the crowd in the next few months.

That`s a good point... ie. using the stock wheels. I do like the idea though of a wider rim. I have found that a wider rim gives the sidewall more support (less bulge) resulting in better responsiveness and turn-in. From the reading I have done, it looks as though most aren`t going more than 8.5front and 9.5 rear. I assume this is because of lack of room.

C63AMG
I have just taken delivery of a C63AMG coupe and immediately proceeded to acquire a set of Lorinser RS9 wheels from Germany. They supplied 8,5J 19" wheel up front and 9,5J 19" at rear. I ordered Pirelli P Zero Corsa's for the car, 235/35 19 front and 265/30 19 for rear, front is perfect but rear is sticking out about 10mm. I can't see you putting a 275 at the rear unless you widen the wheel arches. The C63 has a 44 offset and the Lorinser wheel is a 37 off set with a 7mm spacer. We are currently reworking the spacer to try and resolve the problem. Hope this info helps.
