Are all the c63's trunks the same?
Is the sedans trunk (2008-2012) the same as the new c63 coupe or black series's trunk?

I can say that 08-12 trunks are most likely the same. But the coupe and sedan will not share the same trunk, as they are different dimensions.

Is there any other way i can confirm for sure besides actually measuring? Does the MB website have any info that can answer my question?

I know that the website doesn't have this information. I would just go to your local dealership and compare the two. Then you'll know for sure.
