Tire + Wheel Request for Pics
I ordered the new c63 coupe and was wondering if anyone has pictures of the stock 18x9 with 245 or 255 front and 275 or 285 rears. I know 245 and 275 wont rub but will 255 and 285 rub. What about rubbing, handling, ride quality, problema with side wall, and problems with premature/uneven tire wear. Can someone post pictures of both front and rear with the tiresize mentioned so i can see what people mean by the sidewalls sticking out too much so i can see what it looks like.
Thanks guys

Ok, its not the new coupe... but hope this gives you ideas.
So this week, it's out with the stock Pirelli with poor 220AA A thrd wear, and in with the Conti DWS w/540AA. Pirelli only gave me 5000km... but glade its over... couldn't handle the rough ride. Ok the Conti is not extreme performance... but they give me exactly what I want... Excellent wet traction and confortable ride. The car will be parked over the winter BTW.
So back to your question... I went with Conti sizes of 245/40/18 fronts and 275/35/18 rears. Boths frt and rears have about the same overall hight of 25.7in frt & 25.6in rear. This makes everything look right. I like how they fill the wheel well. Stock Pirellis are 25.2in hight.
Hope this helps.
