2011 E63 AMG
Battery location
Where is the battery location in C63?
My 2011 E63 W212 battery located in the engine compartment.
Why don't they put it in the trunk, there is space for it beside the spare tire.
Isn't it better for weight distribution? Anybody has moved battery from the engine compartment to the trunk?

2009 C63 AMG
It is in the trunk. And on my E55, they had two batteries, the main one in the trunk and a smaller one in the front. Did they change it? My E55 didn't have a spare.

The battery is in the trunk in the C63 on the passenger side next to the spare tire.
