Car coming up to 3 years old, just had the 'A' service done at my local AMG dealer which includes a transmission fluid and filter change, when I got the car back the gear changes in 'C' mode are not as smooth as they were before it went in, it's as if it can't decide which gear to be in at a contant speed, 'S' and 'M' mode are OK, been in touch with the dealers and they told me to leave it for a week or so and see if it cures itself, not really what I expected.

Anyone got an idea what could be causing the problem, I want to get it sorted before the warranty expires in 2 weeks.

Get them to write a ticket on the issue ASAP before the warranty expires. At least you will have proof that the problem existed before the coverage lapsed.

Have them do a TCU reset, that should wake the trannny up.
