1st time Rig Shot exp.. 1 photo though..
Met up with some local people from another forum because they were offering a free Rig Shot, didn't know what that was at first so went to check it out.
It was an awesome experience and learned a lot of things. Now I know how to make a Rig Shot , but not sure if that is the professional way.
Unfortunately because it was free only had a chance to get 1 photo.

Secondly, you can do this kind of picture just by having someone drive beside you and take a picture of your car while in motion - just use a good camera. You'd need 3 people - you (driving your car), another person driving theirs, and one taking the picture out the window.

I'm confused - it doesn't look like there was a rig on your car in the actual 2nd picture - did they edit the rig out via photoshop?

Unless you are hanging out of the window and close to scraping the ground- you will never get a shot like that. You might be able to pull a still from an exterior mounted GoPro HD.
Very Cool!

hmm.. good point, but difficult - not as impossible as you'd think - and it would take a few tries. But yes, good point on the angle. You could use a camera that had continual focus in area mode, and a remote trigger.

Moving shots aren't as dramatic as you would think it is, once you see how it is done or do it yourself, haha. Looks good though.
How did you guys make the rig?

Thanks guys! all it took was 2 people tho, I wasn't in my car (optional to be in or not)
After mounting the camera on to my car, I put my car in neutral and started the camera to automatically take 3-4 shots.
The photographer was behind my car pushing it / moving it as the camera was rolling.
It was actually moving really slow like 1 km/hr hahah, but then after they edit it, looks like my car flying in high speed
Very interesting imo.. I was so surprised all it took was a person pushing the car to make such a fascinating picture
