I can't judge whether it is a good idea or not, but if you look at for example the SL63, it has extra 260 Kg because of the convertible roof making total curb weight 1980 kg. So if we add the same for this C63, then we might see it beyond 2000kg!
It will look nice but definitely will be heavier because of the hydraulics for the convertible roof.

Forget the Black series convertible. Bring on a c-class hard-top convertible. C350 + 4matic + convertible = AWESOME!

I see this as more of a reality then a 4 door bs. they did do a clk dtm vert.
