Question 2011 MSRP is $72,500 Should I Lease for $888 a month??? Is it a good deal?

It is a 2011 that they are discounting to $60,500 for the lease price.

My lease payments would be $888 per month, ZERO down and no end of lease fees based on 36 month/10K miles per year. Plus the maintenance is thrown in as well. Other than tires I am good.

The guy is pretty straight shooter, I've bought from him in the past and he's the GM now so he wants it gone so it seems to be a decent deal.

How many miles on odo? You may be sold a demo car as new...
If truly new, it is an excellent deal! Don't push your luck

If you were Asian, $888 would be a great price.

It could be absolutely true. I bought my C63 brand new in July and I got it for 61,400, so $60000 seems reasonable now that 2012 models are here

For real, there a plenty of 2011 out there that are discounted to 60K even on the ones originally MSRP'd above 70K. Again, I am dealing directly with the sales manager who has been there FOREVER so if anyone can get a good lease rate for me he can.

And besides, he hasn't reached a hard stop on price so I might as well haggle to get the payment down to $875 a month. More $$$ for gas and speeding tickets!!!

Seriously if $13.00 per month is such an issue, maybe you should look for something else.

Yeah i gotta say that if you are getting an awesome deal as it is, just take it and keep a good relation with the guy instead of further (maybe) insulting a good offer..

Ya, I'm sure saving $13 a month is going to pay for all your gas and speeding tickets.

I'm not trying to sound like a d!ck or anything but maybe an AMG is not the right car for you.
If your being this stingy about 13 dollars then maybe you should go out and buy your self an econobox.

What's the big deal if he wants to get more money knocked off? Every dollar saved is a good thing in my opinion. Why pay more if you don't have to? I guess everyone here is loaded cept for me = (.

+1

Listen, this whole REALM, the world of AMG, its not a place to worry about $13. Get freekin real. You are dealing with HIGH performance cars, that cost lots of money to buy, run and maintain. It ridiculous to think that saving 10 or 20 bucks is a big deal. I understand that every dollar kept is a great thing and all, but you simply CANNOT be pinching a budget when you enter these kinds of toys. Think about maintenance, Rotors, Pads, Gas, Tires...the list goes on.

It makes me laugh when there there kids/young people who are still in school, eating granola bars for dinner, or people who barely can make rent on a one bedroom that are driving these cars. Spending every penny just to be seen in a high end car.

You JUST HAVE to have enough expendable CASH to not worry about these minor issues. And those who lease is another story. I think its great to lease a car if you are not intending to keep it long term or it works with your lifestyle and getting into a new car every 2 years...thats cool....whats absolutely STUPID is when people are working 2 jobs just to pay $888 to drive an AMG or what have you...

Bottom line, its stupid to worry about gas mileage in a V8 BEAST, its a waste of time to worry over an extra $12, you need EXPENDABLE resources, ie CASH that you can spare, to drive around in these hot shot cars...

If not, DON'T WHINE.
