Install issue with Eisenmann Sport

Any body have issues with the Eisenmann Sport Exhaust. It seems one of the entry pipes on the center resonator is short by an inch to mount to the OE mid pipe. Tried flipping the exhaust around since the other pipe is longer but the flanges don't line up.

Exhaust was bought from the US while the car is a Euro spec C63.

The inlet pipe on the bottom is short by an inch to mate up to the OE pipe.

on the upper tube, there seems to be a flange of some sort on the OE pipe that prohibits the pipe from going all the way in making the bottom pipe not reach. Im starting to think that the flange may have to be wacked off

Look at my oem exhaust, seems like the left O ring on the pipe can be removed.

I'll try again on Monday. You may be right, that ring might just be removable. I thought it was welded on

I think the reason is because the car is euro spec. Just my guess

Finally got the install done. It was just some solder/weld residue inside the resonator inlet which stopped the pipe from going all the way in. Now, the only issue is getting the tailpipes even on the left and right side. May have to bend the hangers a little

I think you should be able to loosen the clamps between the mufflers and the mid section and wiggle the muffler/tips until they are level and even left to right. At least give it a try before you start bending hangers. They are made to be good fit and you should not have to bend anything to get the exhaust to fit. You may even need to loosen the clamps between the resonator and the stock exhaust and level it a bit as well. GL

Yes, its perfectly normal, you have nothing to worry about.

Had the same issue with the race version, we had to grind it down a bit for it to slide all the way in. For a moment I thought it wasn't going to fit.

Getting the tips even and level took a bit of work, they still hang out / look a little long to me compared to OEM.

But it's a more aggressive look, in my opinion.

If you wouldn't mind putting up a pic of what the tips look like with the system installed, here are some that I put up in a thread from a few weeks ago:
