It looks like a Piecha product car. It's probably just vinyl decals for the photo.
It's somewhat sad they couldn't even close the hood correctly for the photo.

The hood is closed, the reason it sits up at the front is when you install the eyebrow covers you need to adjust the hood up to sit flush with them. I bought a set then realised this.
