I think it would. No changes on the engine bay (I think). There are not many of those air intakes around so it is like throwing a coin in the air and hoping you bet right...

It sure looks nice though =O)

-AFE filters
-KW V3 Suspension
-Gruppe M intake
-MBH xpipe
-Wheels

Yup, it will fit no problem.

Here is a Gruppe M style intake from JL Motoring for a better price.

I kinda wanted to order the carbon Kevlar Gruppe M intake though....

But with a $1800 savings! I think I'll go JL!

AMG & RR
Keep in mind these intakes may change in color (yellow-green) so you might want to invest the money in other modifications rather than a piece that won't change much other than cosmetics of the car. Plus once the color changes, it will look ugly.

Maybe some members that have had the same or similar intakes can chime in.

Noted. I emailed Gruppe M and JL Motoring and they said they have no yellowing issues.

It's $1250 shipped so it's not a big chunk of change.

No problem sir!

The carbon kevlar intake would look amazing, but you cant go wrong with good ol' carbon fiber. lol
Wish the Gruppe M stuff wasn't soo expensive.
