I just bought a 2011 C63 about a week ago. I got a great deal but the reality is that the SA and sales guys are all a bunch of douche bags.

Can any one recommend a good dealer and Service Adviser in the South Florida area. I live in Fort Lauderdale so anywhere from palm beach down to Miami. I am willing to travel for good service!

I just ordered my H&R SS springs and I am thinking of getting the Kleemann MS-11 wheels. I dont want to deal with the drama of some guy telling me my driveline warranty is void due to a spring or wheel install. i know the drill and they have to provide proof but rather avoid issues to begin with..

I used to have a very good SA in MB Coral Gables but he transferred to Porsche. Good like finding one, it is going to be hard.

I dont know what is up with these mercedes guys. Its like they are the customer and Im trying to sell them something. I hate the car buying experience so much i negotiated everything over the phone , had them deliver the car to my office with the paperwork. I signed and took delivery.

dealing with these guys in person is a pain in the ***.

I hope i can find a cool Service guy. id hate to deal with these arrogant types for as long as i own the c63

Sales people here are very annoying. They are used to sell luxury cars to very rich people who doesn't care how much they are spending.

There are some S. Florida members who post here regularly hopefully they ll chime in. I'm very happy with my SA in Braman Bmw.

+1. I only buy at distance over the phone. Who wants to spend hours in the sweat box at the local dealer. I haven't bought a car within 100 miles of my house in 20 years. You can find good dealer service advisors but remember they report up the line to MBUSA, so if you modded your car and something big breaks, be prepared to deal with warranty hassles.
