Wow! If this product is for real and can be sprayed on painted surfaces then we might just be looking at having always-clean rims and bodywork or at least driving through a rain storm will clean all the dust/dirt off. Though it's not clear how much dust/dirt will stick to the treated surfaces in the first place.

forget the whole car just the wheels would be enough to get me excited. i can wait to buy stock in this company if it goes public this really is a great product in theory. I will have to see if it lives up to the hype once i get it in my hands. the video of the shoe having Hershey choc poured on it is fantastic. this stuff has so many uses i can think of.

The only problem I can forsee is that this repellent stuff won't actually stay on the car for any extended period of time. The idea of hydrophillia is not new. In fact, the wax and stuff you use for your cars are hydrophillic too. It's just that with time, it wears off and you have to wash your cars again anyway (or reapply more wax).
