Has anyone got the MIP (multimedia interface plus) installed on their car?
This is the interface that allows you to stream Pandora that I think comes standard in the 2012s but I dont believe was available for 2010s and earlier (not sure about 2011 models). Curious if people have had it installed on their cars, and what their take on it is.

I have it on my 2010. There is a big thread about it on the PL.
Basically, works fine with my Android, but apparently it works best with iPhone. Kind of a pain to install updates. For a couple hundred dollars, it works fine, but doesn't seem to work as seamlessly as is should if it were built in from the factory.
