On freeway, lets say maybe doing 80...if I am in the car alone, I hear nothing when hitting a minor dip. When I have another person in the car, and hit the same type of dip (no matter what that person's weight is), I hear a slight "scrape" noise. I have the KW V3s and have been told this sound occurs when the coilover is being fully compressed and then springs back. There are no scrapes on my front bumper and nothing abnormal (As far as wear/scrapes) inside my fender or on my fender skirts.

Has anyone had this issue? Again, never have this issue when i am alone in my car hitting minor dips on the freeway, only when someone else is in the car with me.

I'm assuming its the tire rubbing up against the inner edge of the quarter panel.
