I am looking to get a C63 Coupe/Sedan very soon, was wondering what kind of discount people are seeing when you pay the car in full?

Well, depends on what you're looking for. You'll have to negotiate hard with the coupe as it's a new model. You may be able to find better deals on sedans but it's going to be hard because of the refresh. You're looking at maybe a 2-3k discount. Use TrueCar.com as a reference point of who's paid how much in your area. This should help you negotiate your price.

Saw a matte black Coupe with nice interior touches today (red stitching, piano black trip, red leather on the bottom part of the steering wheel). The sales guy offered me $3500 right off the bat. But I'm not a huge fan of matte black, thinks it's been played out already.

Hoping to find a matte white one.

The sales told me it's a special edition, only limited numbers (100?) made? It's this true?

just bought a black/black c63 coupe for my wife 2 weeks ago...list price was 74500, paid 70,750 or 750.00 over invoice, i went through COSTCO buying program, and was the first time i ever did that. i had heard about it on this board, and the discounting was amazing, costco pricing also worked on my extended warranty, it cost me 3000 even for 3 year additional mercedes warranty normally 3700.

So per the conquest program, if your other car is registered in your wife's name, it is ineligible, correct? They require proof of registration in your name?

It worked on me. The G37xS was registered under my wife's name and I got no problem with it. I got a very good relationship with my SA since I bought 2 cars in a span of 3 weeks. The new car that we bought was even registered under my name only.
