I have had this car from new and returned to dealer a number of times but no success.
The problem when using the arrival time to a destination the time is never accurate sometime have only 80 K to go and the navigation says 2 hours and this is at highway speed.
Has anyone else had this problem?

The navigation in our cars is junk, in fact, the MB navigation system across all the model ranges are junk, and seriously inferior to pretty much every other brand out there.
Use your phone, or buy a portable garmin or tomtom.

Been using an in car system since June 2003. Different brand. Recently added a GLK with the M-B system to our fleet. EDIT: See my post below on 2012 GLK ETA accuracy. ETA is the worst feature of both systems. If I am on state roads with 70mph speed limit, the built in system uses 20mph to calculate ETA. I have a Tom Tom portable unit. The ETA on it is a little better. I think it uses 50mph for non-freeway/interstate routes. The Tom Tom is also the only unit that displays car speed and major highway speed limit. It doesn't know anything about smaller roads.
I can do ETA in my head better than these nav. systems. Heck, I can navigate better with a paper map and my brain too.
The 2012 GLK ETA works!

It depends. On the GLK the $2,600 or $3,000 multimedia package includes several other options. I think the nav. system is less than half of the total. If you like a clean interior, a larger screen & driver friendly, built in is the way to go. If you don't mind a small hand held stuck on the windshield and a cord to the 12v outlet, Garmin or TomTom are a lot cheaper and maybe a little better. The screens are smaller. My Blackberry is smaller still & uses Google maps. It is not as driver friendly. It is my backup to the in car system.

Update.
I lied.
Off topic:
2012 GLK 350 with multimedia package navigation system.
ETA is spot on. The system appears to be reading the GPS generated vehicle speed. Over a 255 mile trip this afternoon, one that I make every 2 weeks so I know how long it takes, the System consistently indicated an ETA between 7:15pm and 7:30pm. On several occasions, the indicated mph and miles remaining generated the indicated ETA exactly. Example: 70mph, 140 miles, 2 hours.
This system is AWESOME!

I will be going on a much longer trip over an unfamilar route next week. I will report my findings.
Just curious. Are all of your units in a common system? Odometer & GPS system both match?
You could update the vehicle to the current model year. I hear the system in the new 2012 C & E models includes a 3-D display and other cute upgrades.
