2012 Has Landed
Came in a bit ago, just got around to posting. Superb piece of craftsmanship.
I know... about the headlights, the halogens we're the only type available at the moment of purchase, is it possible to change them to the HID's? They aren't bad, it just would be nice to have the higher color temperature.

How do you like the dinamica seats? I think they look cool but I dont know if I could live with no power seats in a benz haha.

I almost like the look of the halogen fixtures better with the large chrome reflector vs. the small projector lens of the Bi-Xenons, and the brightness is definitely not an issue with the halogens.
The seats are great, the only part that is not powered is the entire seat base forward and back, all other movements are powered. I set the seat manual setting once and haven't touched it since. In addition the dinamica/MBtex I prefer because of the excellent grip the dinamica provides as well as the reliability of the mbtex. Looks nice with the suede like finish.

The plus side to having no power forward/back movement is not having the heavy motors under the seat, so you save weight.

The OP gets a good little chunk of weight savings in addition to a couple grand in his pocket for tint and other mods for not going with headlights and the chunky electric seats...! Your car is ready to be modded and for the TRACK!!

Doesn't the Black Series come with the Dinamica? I would assume because of the track ready grip it offers. I would have thought the Dinamica to be an upgrade at cost similar to a leather package. I was able to get the list down to just below 60K, being 22 I don't think I'm doing to bad.

2013 C63 Coupe P31, waiting on W205 Coupe S
The other bonus with the lighting package is the awesome way the lights start up their alignment sequence. They spread both beams down, then they center and finally level off... Very cool!

I believe Black Series for the US market will have standard C63 coupe seats with Dinimica and red stitching. - http://www.mbusa.com/vcm/MB/DigitalA...terior-001.jpg
Yeah its cool I guess, I've seen it on my dads CLS550

how much did you pay for yours and what options did you get? I am wondering because I will probably get something similar (probably will get the lighting package though and maybe PP) because I feel like I dont need the other options lol. Just want to go fast

the only other thing that isn't adjusted by an electric motor is the front of the seat raising up or down...have to turn a *** for that...

Maybe the sedan and coupe are different because my new coupe has the Dynamica seats and the driver's seat is 100% electric with memory functions, but the passenger seat is electric seat back adjustment only and manual fore and aft.
