More information regarding the upcoming Mercedes SLS AMG Black Series has emerged. According to reports, the most powerful Mercedes will come as a coupé and roadster.
The German supercar will be powered by revised 6.2 liter V8 engine which provides 650 horsepower, exceeding the 100hp per liter. The top speed is rumored to be 322km/h.
Besides the engine, the bodywork and aerodynamics of the SLS AMG will be upgraded as well. The SLS AMG Black Series will see a new front bumper, side skirts, widened wheel arches, air inlet in the hood, and other modifications.
The Mercedes SLS AMG Black Series is scheduled for 2013 and pricing will start at € 260,000 ($ 338,310). More news will follow, so stay tuned!

Verrrry funny.. Back on point, w/N/A 650 bhp no way in hell's it worth anywhere near that chedder. Bet the Torques about 500 or less? Vs SL65 Biturbo V12 670 hp 840 tq easily tuned to over 800 bhp 1000 btq.. Way too many other cars for that $ IE the Ford GT, Gallardo w/UGR turbo upgrades, Murciealgo, Carrera GT, Ferrari 458, or a new Corvette ZR1 pocket the left over $200k etc..

If price is your concern, then this car is not for you
I have a feeling if the claimed 650HP is true, they will most likely switch the M159 with a modified M157. Therefore, it will carry the 5.5 TT engine. If you look at the spy video and listen to the exhust note, you will notice a diffrent tone than the normal SLS and something similiar to the 2012 CLS63

true, I took that in mind, but what if they modified the exhaust? and increased the size or the location of the turbo manifold?
Eitherway, that SLS sounds diffrent than the SLS that I drive when it was stock
