Should I get ROW airboxes?

I have a chance to pickup some new ROW airboxes today. Would it make sense to add this to my current setup? Would I see any noticeable power gains?

I wouldn't do it, I think in the future there are going to be better options I'd wait

I say go for it. I'm no guru on the 63 motors but aren't you suppose to get more airflow into the motor with these? I think it's a good cheap alternative...

Just do it!

I would get 'em if you can at a good price. Dodger's right about better options..but I can tell you from experience, they are worth it.

I think it's a no-brainer considering your mods. You get a new MAFS too, and you can always sell them at -$1x0.00 from what you paid at any time if you switch to something else.

probably wont feel the power gains.... but for the sound change alone its worth it.

i had canceled an order for a gruppe m intake and got the row boxes. i was worried about warranty and didnt want to mess with it.

its worth the 450 bones!

Just talked to Serge at BenzWorks and decided I'm gonna go ahead with the ROW air boxes. He even offered to dyno before and after on a local Dynojet to verify results.

Scheduled to go down Monday for the install and testing, so I will let you guys know how it turns out.

Was wondering if new MAF sensors are really needed with the ROW boxes? Can someone also please confirm that the part #s below are the correct one? Thanks.

Don't remember the PNs, but I wished they sold the box tops without them so they would be cheaper.

A few years ago I got mine from one of the big online dealer-operated parts sources - IIRC they advertise on this site - about $460/pair.

How much? Do you have a picture of them in comparison? Do they look any different on the exterior?
