What's the real HP difference with the development pkg?

What's the real HP difference with the development pkg?
I know that MB says that the output difference is +30 HP with the development pkg but we also know they underestimate and are very conservative with their power output and performance numbers. What is the real HP difference with the development pkg? Anyone dynoed both to compare and confirm?

I saw that and it's impressive but it's 100 WHP more than I've seen non-PP cars dyno at. I realize that a lot depends on the dyno and conditions but it seems too big of a difference.

Any dyno comparisons between PP and non-PP on the same dyno?
