First time AMG owner
Just leased a 2011 c63 amg, black on black. Will post pics tomorrow, first thing on my list is tint and painted reflectors. I want to look into getting the trim changed from the ugly wood to either carbon fiber or a piano black color. Any one have any input on either replacement or vinyl?

hey curiously- how much did you pay for leasing it? down payment and monthly? i just bought an 08 cpo blk/blk so i'm wondering what i could have done if i leased it instead.

One question, since the dealer couldn't find the manuals or the spare keys for the car and had to order them.
Can someone tell me the difference between ESP MODE ON/OFF and Sport Mode under the AMG setup menu.

-ESP on means traction control is fully engaged.
-ESP sport means the car will give you some wheel spin but traction is still engaged.
-ESP off means traction control is fully disengaged.

Thanks for the heads up, I was pretty sure on the ESP ON/OFF but not on the sport mode. I am somewhat used to my friends e63 with launch mode.

Pics of the new car. Little dirty after a good drive down to Orange County today. First mod, tint and Evosport painted reflectors. Can someone confirm the evosport reflectors blackout the light completely?

Congrats on the nice car! If you're leasing it, are you still considering. Hanging the wood trim to carbon fibre? You will really enjoy having this car and spicing it up with your own modifications.

Some pics after a day of light modding...
20% tint all around, picked up an extra set of front bumper reflectors had them covered in vinyl, was going to get them painted but just couldn't wait and got the rear chrome trunk piece covered in black vinyl, decided to do this and keep the emblems chrome after seeing someone else on the forum with that look. Need to snap a better pic of the back after a wash tomorrow. Reflectors pic is full of finger prints.
