Mike (dodger) just posted on BB that his club/bar caught fire around 2:30 a.m.

that really sucks that it happened to such a nice guy . hopefully everything works out in the end for him and his club/bar ends up better than when it was before the fire

not sure if he would have wanted this posted here but i figured the more people that know about the situation , and pray for him , the better it will be

Thanks everyone its not as bad as it could've been, no one was hurt and damage was minimum and very contained, the mess is cleaned now a bit of reconstruction and it should be as good as new, I have everything set spoke to all neccesery people ie: fire marshal report came back electrical no further investigation, that's a plus
Architect came simple sister 8 ceiling joists and reconstruct to knee walls,

Building dept, is saticfied with the plans with.1 note, they want a complete electrical undewriters inspection this sucks cause its an older building, but at the end of the day all is good
Meeting I.surance agent tomorow and that should be it

Was the cause of the fire determined.. I am guessing by the full electrical inspection... it was an electrical fire?

They narrowed it down to some old wiring in the wall above the front door

mate sorry to hear. I own several restaurants and was shut down because of the floods last year this time, disasters like this can set us back big time. good luck on getting back on track real quick
