Wheel advice

Hey all,

Planning to buy some new wheels and tires sometime this year and wanted to get some opinions. I've got a 2010 iridium silver with P31 package (red calipers) so want something that will look good with those colors. Looking for 19's.

Checking out ACG's site for inspiration (credit goes to them for the pics below)

I like the look of the HRE P47's but is it really that much of a change from the stock 5 spokes?

Was also thinking of the HRE P40s but not too sure now on the mesh look

Then I saw the P43S, which I think is my favorite of the 3.

Which of the above do you guys think would look best on an Iridium Silver car? Also what color? If P43, I think black would look pretty good and would match with my carbon spoiler, lip, and diffuser. But then also think a color similar to that of the P40's above would look nice too as it would be a nice contrast to the body color.

Any other suggestions? Forgestar CF10's seem similar to the P43S but looks like they only come in 20's.

Thanks!

U can't go wrong with any of the 3 wheels above.. It's all about personal preference, five star or mesh or multi-spokes.

As for the finish.. Brushed or light gunmetal will look good on ur iridium silver in my opinion.

BTW, be ready to spend a bunch cuz HRE are expensive wheels.

Of the choices you've listed, the P43's are my favorite. Go matte black, be sure to have tinted windows, clear or smoked side markers too. Think about a carbon fiber rear spoiler and it will look killer.

P43S or P40 gets my vote.
Here is mine on satin black HRE M40's (same style as P40).

Thanks for the suggestions everyone.

Roswell - hoping to get a big tax refund to help fund them

_AMG_ - your car looks amazing! How come you didn't decide to tint your windows?

Strafe 1 - That's a good suggestion, I think that is what I would choose too. I've already got the tint, smoked corners, carbon spoiler, diffuser, and front lip.

CampioniShop - I'll be contacting you shortly for a price

Here is a pic of my current car.

Anyone able to photoshop some P43S in matte black onto it? Would be greatly appreciated

Maybe not entirely applicable here, but I LOVE my P40S's. So much, in fact, that I'm getting a set of satin black P43S's. Can't go wrong with HRE's.

Thank you sir.
I would've tinted my windows the first day I got the car but I got too many tickets with my other car due to tints and just dont want to deal with the hassle.
I know my car looks like an aquarium. Lol

HRE make all their own wheels. No subletting out. The factory is immaculate. You can't go wrong with any of the ones you picked above. Stick with forged one piece wheels. 3 piece wheels look nice with the huge outer barrels but they are not stong enough for street use and tend to be heavier. (Ask me how I know). Do not get chromed wheels. The chrome will corrode and cause a bead leak.

We normally recommend, if you decide to go 3pc, with Polished with clearcoat instead of Chrome. Chrome tends to add additional weight to the wheel and is not as durable as a Polished with clearcoat option.
