Ordering a 2012 C63

So I've already sold my C350 4MATIC and am looking at at getting a new car. I figure it's time to live it up and get myself a 2012 C63 Sedan. I'm going into the dealership tomorrow to settle my C350 before I hand over the keys to the buyer, but at the same time, I will probably be putting in an order for the C63.

I'm planning on a factory order as the cars they have in stock all come with some additional options I do not want (I usually factory order anyways, I like to know that it is my vehicle since day 1). I plan on getting metallic paint and the premium package only. What have other 2012 C63 owners been getting in terms of $$$ off of the quoted MSRP? Should I expect them to budge a little or a lot or not at all? Also, they do not have all of the interior options on the lot so its hard for me to compare. Has anyone gone with the designo two tone interiors? If so, how do they look? Pictures are great, but I find its helpful to get some insight from actual owners with their own eyes. Looking forward to hearing others experience when ordering their C63! Thanks.

Dealers won't really budge if you are ordering a car.

The red and black is nice IMO.

I ordered my car and got 7k off msrp plus saving on tax due to trade in.
I thought 5k off msrp was standard for all dealerships.

Yes
Yes, should be no difference if ordering versus buying. I'm negotiating mine the same way, only reason we ordered is because we couldnt find one equipped like I wanted. Ordering vs finding is irrelevant.

Thanks for the advice. I'll definitely be aiming for at least $5k off MSRP. The local dealerships don't have anything in stock or on the way that is close to what I'm looking for. I'd compromise on some options if I get a big discount and they don't charge me for the unwanted options, but that's unlikely.

5k off mrsp of 68.4 k for me.

I wanted to order mine too but unfortunately it would take too long so I just found one. Good luck!

Thanks natman. I'm assuming you are in the US? What kind of options did you guys order? Did you only get the premium package or did you get the AMG package as well? Checking the US AMG site, you guys have a lot more options than we do in Canada. We are pretty much restricted to three packages (AMG, Premium, Rear Seating) and a few options like metallic paint, 19" multispoke wheels, and teleaid. We can also order the CF trim without the AMG package, but at $2,500, it's too pricey for what it is.
